• 01How do I get to Sunset Agafay from Marrakech?

  We are roughly 30 km south-west of Marrakech-Menara airport, about forty-five minutes by road. We arrange private transfers in air-conditioned vehicles — day, night, or by the day for excursions. Most guests book a one-way airport transfer with their reservation; the road through the valley is part of the arrival.
• 02What is included in the room rate?

  A long breakfast under the pergola, all non-alcoholic refreshments throughout the day, late-afternoon mint tea and pastries at six, and the use of the pool, library, and courtyards. Wifi is included. Hammam treatments, dinner at Le Souk, and excursions are charged separately.
• 03When is the best time of year to visit?

  We are open all year. March through May and September through November are the most temperate. Summers are hot in the middle of the day but cool beautifully at sunset — the pool is well-used in July and August. Winters are bright and cold at night, with fires in the salons.
• 04Do you accept children?

  Yes — we welcome families, and the Family Suite is designed for two adults and two children. Children dine at Le Souk on a simplified menu and there is space to run in the courtyards. We are happy to arrange a sitter on request for parents wishing for a quiet dinner.
• 05Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

  Of course. Chef Yassine will adapt to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most allergies with twenty-four hours' notice. Please let us know when you reserve, and again when you arrive — we prefer to be told twice rather than not at all.
• 06What is your cancellation policy?

  Reservations are fully refundable up to fourteen days before arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night is non-refundable. For high-season dates (Christmas, New Year, Easter) and for private events, separate terms apply and are communicated at the time of booking.
• 07Can you host weddings or private events?

  Yes. We host intimate weddings for twelve to eighty guests, milestone dinners, corporate retreats, and full buy-outs of the maison. The kasbah holds itself well as a backdrop. Please reach us via the contact form for a private consultation.
• 08Is there parking and wifi on site?

  Private parking is available within the kasbah walls at no charge. Wifi reaches every room and most of the gardens — we encourage you to use it sparingly. The desert is a good place to lose the signal on purpose.
