- General principle
- Cancellation conditions depend on the service booked and the terms communicated at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).
- Accommodation
- Accommodation cancellations are free up to 7 days before arrival. Within the 7 days preceding arrival, the first night is charged and is non-refundable.
- Day Pass, Night Pass, activities and events
- A 50% deposit is required at booking and remains non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Modification
- Any modification request is possible subject to availability and the conditions applicable to the service.
- Refund
- When a refund is due, it is issued to the payment method used for the booking, within a reasonable time after validation.
- Force majeure
- In the event of force majeure, a postponement or a refund may be offered.
